Suffering is a choice What is suffering? Suffering is pain that is caused by injury illness or loss. It is usually described as a negative basic feeling or emotion. It is growing to the human condition and the ways people address suffering go far in determining the course of their lives. In short suffering is something negative, a negative feeling, negative thought, and a negative effect on human emotion. Every thing that is negative seems to be a suffering. For me we suffer because we choose to suffer. Suffering becomes suffering when you consider it as a such. We don't know that these sufferings are just trials that we turn into sufferings. Trials are part of our life and suffering is our choice if we will include it into our life. For example when we express illness whether to our selves or to someone close to us, we sees and consider it as suffering.
